1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using XLShield, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Services Offered

We provide digital services including but not limited to:

• VPS/RDP Hosting
• Mobile & Residential Proxies
• VPN Services
• Web Hosting and Related Tools

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or to violate any laws
• Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited emails
• Hosting or distributing illegal content (malware, pirated software, child exploitation, etc.)
• Attacking or compromising other networks
• Hacking, DDoS, brute force, or any cybercrime
• Violating laws in your local jurisdiction or international laws

We reserve the right to monitor usage and suspend or terminate accounts found violating our policies.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Payments and Billing

All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We accept multiple payment methods including cryptocurrency.
Service will not be provisioned until full payment is received.
Subscription renewals are your responsibility. We may send reminders, but failure to renew will result in suspension or termination.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we operate a strict no-refund policy. Exceptions may be made only in the case of failed delivery or service malfunction within 24 hours of purchase, and solely at our discretion.

8. Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice for:

• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Chargebacks or payment fraud
• Abuse of resources or harm to server/network performance
• Any activity that puts our infrastructure or other customers at risk

9. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and follow strict policies to safeguard user data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Note: We do not monitor your activity unless there is a violation or investigation request from law enforcement.

10. Limitation of Liability

XLShield shall not be held liable for:

• Data loss, downtime, or service interruption
• Damages resulting from misuse or third-party vulnerabilities
• Delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

Use our services at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
